ANOREXIA
(AGNIMANDYA)
No feeling for eating anything. Sometimes eaten less by a person. It
is known as Anorexia. If gastric fire is diminished by some qualities
then there is no feeling of hunger and food is not digested properly.
In cases of-some fever, diseases of digestive tract, intake of alcohol.
Specific choice of eating, children are not fed properly then there
is an appearance of Anorexia.
Those who are suffering from Anorexia they are advised to eat ice cream
with caution. Ice cream produces Anorexia and there is disturbances
in digestion.

Use
SESAME oil with food. It contains vit B1 hence is very useful.

Lemon juice is useful in Anorexia. Drink 3-6 times a day 2-4 teaspoons
with warm water. It produces more saliva and digestive juices

Eat
MANGO for feeling of hunger and increase quantity gradually.

CASHEW NUT is useful in Anorexia it contains vit. B.

COCONUT milk /water is useful.

GARLIC
is very useful in Anorexia.

ONION
is also useful in such cases.

WHEAT
with husk, RICE unpolished, PULSES, PEA NUTS, LIVER, BROWN MEAT
contains Thaiamine (B1) vit. It is useful in Anorexia. These substances
may be used in diet alternatively.

Deficiency
of niacin leads to Anorexia. Use PULSES, PEANUTS, BROWN RICE, and
WHEAT with husk in diet
