When two or more bones come together a joint is formed. If there is pain in small or large joint it is called as Arthritis. There is inflammation to some extent present in the joint

  • HONEY is useful in the condition of Arthritis. Eat it 3- 4 times daily.
  • MILK is useful in cases of gouts. (Swelling of small joints).
  • To eat an APPLE is a good remedy for Arthritis and gout. When uric acid is a cause of this condition, apple is useful. Acid in the apple reduces the uric acid intensity.
  • BANANA is useful in Arthritis.
  • FIG is good for muscular Arthritis.
  • GRAPES are useful in painful joint condition.
  • AMALAKl (Emblica officinalis) is useful in many diseases of the joints.
  • LEMON is useful in Arthritis and gout Plenty or Lemon juice prevents saturation and accumulation of uric acid around the joints. That is why there is no repeated attacks of joint pain. It also prevents formation of crystals or stones in the body.
  • ROCK MELON is useful in gout cases.
  • CARROT expels uric acid out of the body from blood hence it is useful in arthritis.
  • GARLIC is useful in gout
  • POTATO is useful in small joint diseases. It helps to throw out uric acid from ihe body,
  • FRUITS, VEGETABLES, GRAINS, CHEESE, MUTTON, YOGHURT are useful for 'preventing the diseases of the joints.
