DIABETES
Insulin is formed by the islets of langerhan’s in pancreas and is poured in the blood circulation. It is responsible for maintaining the sugar percentage in the blood at a particular level. Due to some reasons, if insulin is not formed in the body, the blood sugar level increases. This increases in the sugar percentage in the blood is known as diabetes.
Eating is an essential for maintaining the health. But one must eat such food articles, which will not increase sugar level in the body.

  • By eating grains there may be sugar in the urine. But it is not the case with the BANANAS. Hence it is useful for diabetic patients.
  • TOMATO contains low sugar hence is good for diabetes.
  • If there is profuse urine then do not eat carrot
  • POTATO prevents / cures diabetes as per a scientist s view. Eat soup of lentils.
  • Juice of CABBAGE leaves is effective in diabetes.
  • Snake gourd is good. No calories. Useful in diabetes and for slimming.
  • Gawar (Cluster beans) is useful.
