EXHAUSTION
(Klama)
Extreme weakness or fatigue, tiredness. There are often complaints
of tiredness in our everyday life. One cannot perform his/her usual
work' totally or partly means exhaustion. One cannot tolerate extra
physical or mental work.
More work than usual, inadequate food leads to debility, in such
conditions glucose is utilized to produce more energy, hence glucose
in the blood is reduced, In such cases Molases 4-8 teaspoons and
one glass of water to be taken 2-4 times for feeling better. If
there is vertigo it is also controlled and one gets enthusiasm.

HONEY
is easily and instant assimilable food. Honey is useful in physical
exhaustion and mental exhaustion.

MILK
is useful in debility, drink a cup of milk with 2-teaspoon sugar
or honey 2-4 teaspoons, 2-4 times a day.

SESAME
seeds are useful in exhaustion hence eat it after mixing with sugar,
or jaggery or prepare sweets by mixing, gram powder, GHEE and SUGAR
and eat two times a day.

Boil DATES with milk. Drink the milk and eat dates, it is useful
in debility.

Eat
GRAPES. Sugar in it is very easily supplied to all the tissues in
the body and produces heat and energy.

Eat
SULTANA, RESINS for relief from debility.

CASHEW
NUTS are better combating debility.

Use
RICE, WHEAT, POTATO, SUGAR, and JAGGERY for relief in debility.
Carbohydrate in these substances is useful for producing energy.

For
having vigor and enthusiasm iodine (element) is essential. For getting
iodine - eat FISH, FISH LIVER OIL, COCONUT, PINE APPLE and VEGETABLES
grown at seashore.

Eat
ALMONDS. Useful for reducing exhaustion.

PISTACHIO
is also useful in such complaints.

Masha
(Kidney beans), Chanak (grams), Tila (Sesame), Kushmanda, Rice &
Wheat are very useful.
