Difficulty or obstructions in blood circulation, function of the heart, change in size of heart, inflammation of pericardium or myocardium, less blood supply to the heart are some of the diseases.

  • HONEY preserves strength of heart, it enhances to some limit. When there is failure of heart, it is very useful. Hence use along with Ayurvedic gold preparations.
  • GRAPES are very useful in many conditions of the heart.
  • LEMON reduces the palpitation of the heart. Contraction and relaxation of heart is regularized.
  • MANGO gives strength to the heart muscles.
  • POMGRANATE is best for giving strength to the heart. It is also useful when there is chest pain.
  • COCONUT gives strength, energy to the heart. It contains Vit B complex.
  • GARLIC is very useful in heart disease.
  • MILK sedates the heart. Reduces complaint of palpitation. Arteries are also cooled; their function is up to the mark. Milk relieves tension on heart and arteries. The whole system is normalized.
  • SNAKE GOURD green gram (MUNG) soup is useful.
  • Sprouted WHEAT (Vit. E, MILK, yogurt (calcium), yeast, molasses, curds, brown rice (Vit. B) Must be added in the diet. CABBAGE is useful in the condition of palpitation. It reduces palpitation.
  • CARROT leaves juice 50 to 200 ml be drunk for enhancing the power of the heart.
  • Giant Lemon (Matulung) is useful.
