PARALYSIS/PARESIS (PAKSHAGHAT)
Half side of body if paralyzed is known as paralysis of that side.
It loses its energy/ cannot move it voluntarily i.e. according to
our wish as before. Sometimes one arm and forearm, one leg and thigh,
both lower extremities may be affected. Paresis means loss of movement
of a part.
Causes are as follows: - inflammation of brain, an embolus in an artery
leading to brain, brain hemorrhage and pressure of the blood etc.

prevent Atherosclerosis or brittleness of the blood vessels vit.
C and calcium are essential. To get this, eat everyday EMBLICA OFFICINALIS,
ORANGES, MANDRIN, LEMON, and GUAVA. These also contain vit D in
addition.

TOMATO
and BARELY contains a substance known as Rutin, which is useful
in stopping the bleeding.

HONEY
is useful in paralysis, Bell’s palsy and hemi-paresis.
