Our body weight should be according to / related to the height of the body. If there is loss of weight, there might be some ailment in the body. People are taking many tonic preparations for gaining the weight. There should be proper nutrition of muscle tissues, smooth working of all organs of the body is essential. To have proper or suitable weight is essential for health and for good appearance also.

  • SUGAR CANE juice contains essential nutrient constituents; hence its use in weight gaining is useful.
  • MILK CREAM contains plenty of fatty substances. It also contains other useful constituents for body growth. Hence it is useful in gaining body weight.
  • MILK is useful for increasing body weight. Take 200 ml milk every half an hour, do not eat anything. Take complete rest. One can gain half kg. Weight every day by this procedure.
  • EGGS are best for weight gain. Proteins and fats in it are useful for nutrition and growth for different body ce!!s. Hence growth of total body and rise in body weight.
  • FISH is good for nutrition, growth and weight gain of body. Aminoacids contained in it are more useful. Fish is easy for digestion. Fish liver oil contains vit. A & D, which is useful.
  • BUTTER is light for digestion and useful in this condition.
  • Take BANANAS and milk daily. It is a complete food.
  • FIGS are useful, eat it.
  • MANGO is best for weight gain. Eat three mangos a day and drink some milk. Mango contains less proteins, Milk contains very little sugar. Hence use together. There is good weight gain and good health within a month. Also add honey in your diet the results will be best.
  • CASHEW NUTS are good for desired weight gain.
  • COCONUT kernel is best for this condition. Oil in it is digested and absorbed upto 99.3%. Qualities of this oil are like that of butter.
  • PEANUTS are good for weight gain. There is also increase in height.
  • GARLIC is strength providing, eat it
  • POP CORNS are also useful.
  • Rice Wheat, Potato, Sugar Jiggery are useful.
  • PULSES and GHEE useful for increasing the weight Food articles containing it are to be consumed.
